Kenturn manages machine tool spindle quality via strict testing and implementation of efficient fabrication processes. Testing is carried out throughout fabrication. Specialists execute testing measures to guarantee spindle components meet quality standards and are completely defect free. Most importantly, every Kenturn spindle is put through its paces for 36-72 hours before it even leaves the factory. To maintain spindle precision, low vibration, optimal balance, and superior installation speed, we spare no expense establishing precision measuring equipment facilities. We have constructed 10,000 class constant temperature and humidity, positive pressure clean rooms. These facilities provide an optimum fabrication environment guaranteeing spindle longevity and improving overall machine function and value.
Looking to expand, Kenturn moved facilities to the Chang Bin Industrial Park in 2004 and has an area of 2000 ping (approximately 72,000 ft²) of factory space at our disposal. On top of our 4000 plus types of high speed precision spindles, Kenturn makes cutting tools, transmissions, and precision machine tools for the TFT, IT and other industries. President Heng-Tsang Yeh believes Kenturn is constantly moving toward sustainable management practices. The new factory uses only the most advanced equipment
and conforms to European and American production techniques. We tie this
in with decades of experience with
production technology, and take care
that every product, spindle or otherwise, is precise and meets market
